What “Concepts” means here

Following the Diátaxis framework, Concepts pages are understanding-oriented — they answer “why is it like this?” rather than “how do I do X?” (How-to guides) or “what does X do?” (Reference). When a design choice surprises you or you want to understand the lineage behind a decision, this is the section to read.
